We are a family-owned business, and many of our staff have worked with us for several years. We are a fair employer and believe that we offer a good work – life balance. We expect our staff to be dedicated and conscientious in their work place, and this comes across in the service we give to our customers. We buy all of our meat from Scott Brother’s family butcher, and buy the vegetables and dairy from local suppliers. We are supporters of local charities and bought an ‘Oor Wullie’ statue at auction with all proceeds supporting the Archie Foundation and a ‘ Penguin’ with the proceeds supporting the Maggie’s Centre in Dundee. Both statues are displayed in the restaurant.
